Beautiful

The flooring samples arrived Quickly. They were beautiful. The only problem was that the shipping from Tennessee to New York was more than the cost of the flooring. I only need two boxes. So I have to look somewhere else.

They did deliver it, but I had to change the spot to where it had to be delivered to do to I'm disabled and I was told to meet them at the end of my driveway I can't walk my long driveway. So I called the company to explain if I knew it was going to be curbside delivery only. I would have never placed my order. I have a long driveway. Yes, it shared, but I know the part they would drive on. I have not had any problems with any other delivery. That was longer than fedex or UPS. If I'm OK with them on my driveway and I tell the driver this since I own the property its not a business. Plus, it was raining, so for them to say curbside deliver and 41 boxes of flooring just dropped off at the end of my driveway where people can just stop a steel my flooring That almost cost me 4700 dollars. This is not okay with me or my husband. I called my husband, and we were about to cancel them to deliver it due to the curbside delivery
