How to Order Mannington Sheet Vinyl

Sheet vinyl is a roll product, not a box of individual planks or tiles. A tile or plank size in a design description can describe the printed pattern rather than the size of a separate flooring piece. Confirm the exact product and ordering details with us before placing your order.

1. Choose your collection, design, color, and model

Send us the full product name and manufacturer model code from the listing. Include the collection, such as Platinum, Gold, Silver, Benchmark, or Jumpstart. Similar design names do not mean the constructions are interchangeable.

2. Have your installer prepare a cut plan

Provide a dimensioned room sketch with the longest measurements in each direction, closets, alcoves, doorways, and adjoining areas. Ask your installer to confirm material direction, seams, pattern matching, and trimming allowances. Room square footage alone is not a finished roll-cut plan.

3. Confirm roll width and selling units

Ask us to confirm the available roll width, required cut length, minimum cut, ordering increments, and whether the quote is priced per square foot, linear foot, or another stated unit. Do not enter a square-foot quantity as a linear-foot quantity. Material area equals confirmed roll width multiplied by cut length when both measurements use the same units.

4. Request a complete quote

Ask about sample availability, current pricing, availability, lead time, freight, and compatible installation materials before ordering.

5. Review the order before approval

Check the collection, model, color, roll width, cut lengths, quantity units, total material price, freight, delivery arrangements, and estimated timing. Confirm the applicable cut-order, cancellation, and return terms before approving the order. Have your installer verify the final cut plan.

6. Prepare for installation

Use Mannington's instructions for your exact sheet-vinyl construction, not an ADURA plank or tile guide. Confirm subfloor preparation and the approved installation method and materials with your installer. Inspect the delivered product and labels before cutting or installation, and contact us about any discrepancy.
