You can return product for any reason within 30 days of delivery and get a refund of the order purchase price subject to the below noted conditions (the “Guarantee”).

• Applies to orders of 350 square feet and above. Orders below 350 square feet do not qualify.

• Orders must have been placed directly with WeShipFloors.com and not a 3rd party website or remarketer.  

• You must have received samples of your selection in advance of placing your order.

• You must request a Return Authorization of order from WeShipFloors within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  
  
• Any Returns must be pre approved.
   
• 100% of your order must be returned in their factory sealed boxes. We do not allow partial returns under the guarantee
   
• The product must be in its original packaging, secured to the original pallet and in the same condition as when it arrived to you.
   
• You are responsible for paying all original delivery and return freight charges. (Delivery free freight isn't free and you must pay the cost of this)
    
• Upon receipt into our warehouse, the product must be in new condition ready to be sold again.  It must not have been opened,  used, cut, modified, installed, or marked in any way.
   

• You will be responsible for any brokerage fees, duties and any related fees associated with Your order.

• Guarantee does not extend to Custom Orders, Container Orders, special orders, or clearance items.

• All 30 Day Money Back returns are subject to the WeShipFloors Terms of Sale. 

• Only product received back into our warehouse in new resalable condition will eligible for refund. 

• Goods damaged for any reason prior to arrival into our facility will not be refunded. 

• This guarantee is given at the sole discretion of WeShipFloors.com and can be revoked at any time for any and all reasons.
