Products Offered

We partner with numerous manufacturers beyond what we can showcase on our website. If you're searching for a product that isn't listed, please call us, and we'll help you find it.

  • Mannington: All Mannington orders are special orders and cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • SUPERCore: Our best-selling, best-value flooring brand. 100% waterproof and perfect for busy homes and businesses. Available with custom trims and stair treads.
  • Engineered Prefinished Hardwoods: Tongue and Grooved flooring that is available in various species and colors. Can be installed using all three methods. (Glue, Float, or Staple/Nail) 
  • Solid Prefinished Hardwoods: Installed using nail down method. Limited to above-grade installations.
  • Carpet Tiles: A DIY-friendly option for flooring that is easy to replace in small sections if needed.
  • Trims, Accessories, Glue, Underlayment, Carpet Cushion: Consult with us for a complete order and finishing trims.

Promotions and discounts are posted at the top of every webpage. Discounts do not apply to:

  • Mannington Products
  • Products without listed prices
  • Trims & accessories (custom or standard)
  • Orders with multiple flooring types
  • Small orders of 3 or fewer boxes
  • Unfinished or special order materials
  • Discontinued or DEALS page products
  • Wood products

Note: Only one promo per order. Orders with multiple promos will be held or cancelled.


Samples

  • Brand Name Products: No samples required (available at other retail stores).
  • SUPERCore Samples: Up to 5 free samples. Other samples may have a small charge.
  • Shipping: Samples are shipped 2-day priority mail via Fedex (some outlying areas may experience delays).
  • Order Requirement: For non-brand name flooring, you must order a sample before purchasing.

Sample Orders: You must provide a valid email address and phone number. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or delay of your sample order.

Quotes

  • Estimates: Quotes are typically good for one day due to volatile prices and stock availability.
  • Special Pricing: Reference your quote number when inquiring about special pricing.
  • Quote Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust quotes at any time.

Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for payments.
  • Orders over $10,000 may require a bank wire transfer. Contact us for more details.

Order Process

  • Terms & Conditions: By completing your order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which are binding.
  • Web Orders: Converted into QuickBooks for first-come, first-served processing.
  • Quantity Adjustments: The website will round up to the nearest box. For overage, we suggest ordering 10% extra to account for breakage or waste.
  • Do not schedule installation until all materials are at your job site location. We are not responsible for uncontrollable delays with shipping carriers.

Purchases

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Promotions apply to new orders only and are not retroactive.
  • Return Fees: Any Approved returns will incur a 25% restock fee, shipping  outgoing and return fees, and credit card processing fees. 
  • Special Orders: Items other than SUPERCore are considered special orders and cannot be returned. 

Taxes

Orders delivered or picked up in Tennessee are subject to sales tax. Additional states that will have sales taxes are Ohio, North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia, Colorado, Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wisconsin, Washington, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. 


Change Orders & Cancellations

  • Changes: Limited time for changes once an order is placed. Change requests must be approved and may incur costs.
  • Address Changes: Not allowed after the order is in transit. Requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Cancellations:
    • A 5% credit card processing fee applies to all cancellations.
    • SuperCore backorders or hold orders incur a 25% restock fee if cancelled or approved for return.
    • All wood products ship direct from the manufacturer and are considered special order. Wood product are not returnable and require a sample prior to ordering.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying order (where advertised).
  • Freight Shipping: Larger orders may require additional shipping charges.
  • Delivery: Standard curbside service with liftgate. Larger orders may require coordination for delivery.

Claims & Returns

Freight Damage: Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Required documentation includes:

  • Photos of damage
  • Notated and signed Bill of Lading

Small Damage: If damage is minimal, we encourage you to use damaged planks for cuts during installation.

Product Claims: Contact us immediately with clear photos of defects. Inspection may be required, and a fee applies if the issue is determined to be installation-related.

Return Process for SUPERCore:

  • Must be within 30 days.
  • Requires receipt of a sample.
  • Return materials must be unopened and undamaged, and shipped securely on a pallet.

Shipping Terms & Palletized Freight

  • Shipping Costs: Based on fuel rates and location.
  • Shipping to Non-Mainland Locations: Hawaii, Alaska, and other locations require freight forwarding.

Shipment Delivery & Tracking

  • Tracking: Updated within 24-48 hours of shipment once established. Please allow time for tracking updates.
  • Delivery: Rural or outlying areas may require additional time for delivery.
  • Acceptance: You must verify the product's condition upon delivery and note any damage on the Bill of Lading.

Important Notes on Damage Claims

  • If damage is minor, it falls under your 10% waste factor.
  • DO NOT refuse delivery unless instructed by WeShipFloors.com. Refusing delivery without prior authorization may result in freight and restocking fees.
