FXT420 Adura Flex Villa Sandstone 2.5mm x 18" x 18" Vinyl Tile Flooring (45 sf/ctn)

Mannington ADURA Flex Villa Sandstone brings a light, softly weathered concrete look to a pale neutral palette. Gentle brushed markings and subtle tonal shifts give the surface quiet depth without prominent veining. Its low-gloss finish creates an understated backdrop that lets cabinetry, furnishings, and accent colors take the lead.

The 18-inch square tiles establish a clean, classic layout that works comfortably with natural wood, painted cabinets, and brushed-metal finishes. Use Sandstone on its own for a light, unified floor, or pair it with coordinating Villa Cement or Coal for a contrasting checkerboard. Order a sample to compare its pale tones and embossed texture with your room's lighting, countertops, and furnishings before choosing your floor.

This listing supplies Villa Sandstone FXT420 only. A checkerboard layout requires a second color, such as Villa Cement FXT421 or Villa Coal FXT422, ordered separately.
