I liked the Elm wood and I like handscrapped but my flooring guy is telling me I need 3/4" flooring (what I have currently) or I will have to lay an underlayment throughout the main floor due to door jams/trim and vents. He said either preengineered or real wood. What do you have in 3/4" flooring?
