I only ordered a sample so far. I am undecided about which vinyl tile to use. But this company was #1 in several ways--- i ordered samples from 3 companies. I immediately received a response from Jack, with We Ship Floors. The sample was on the way, the following day. Jack has been in touch with me to see if I received it, and what did I think. The other two companies? I haven't received their samples yet. One has told me their shipping price, is a flat $459. That's it. So I think the customer service is much better with this company. Will update my review later, but so far, i am pleased with it.
